Description

電子狂人 Aphex Twin 於1997年發表這張同時展現兩種極端性格的迷你專輯《Come to Daddy》。一方面，曾在英國金榜上獲得第36名的同名曲〈Come to Daddy (Pappy Mix) 〉，無疑是Aphex Twin史上最重型作品之一（也曾不少說法將此曲解釋為他對於The Prodigy大熱單曲〈Firestarter〉的反諷），歌曲透過迸發的爆裂工業風jungle punk與digital hardcore能量去傳達對於威權操控進行探索的主題。另一方面，〈Flim〉與〈Z-US〉這兩首IDM breakbeat樂章卻又能捕捉到Aphex Twin早期好些ambient作品的浪漫優美氛圍，簡約而觸動。
