早在80年代末就已成軍、且持續有穩定質量作品產出的英國雙人組Autechre，肯定是史上最經典IDM電音單位之一，1995年專輯《Tri Repetae》曾被Mixmag雜誌史上最具影響力電音專輯第25名。而這張一如既往在Warp廠牌發表的新作《Sign》，已被形容為也許是他們自《Tri Repetae》以來最令人振奮的作品。
