如果你也曾喜歡京都電子音樂人NTsKi那張同時跨Orange Milk Records與EM Records發行的2021年專輯《Orca》，那麼來自東京、同時是fashion icon與獨立電子音樂人的Aya Gloomy，就是另一個你絕對不容錯過的超級新星。

而這張與《陸の孤島》相隔三年的第二張專輯《Tokyo Hakai》，更已被重視為日本hyperpop名盤之一。

誕生於疫情嚴峻的2021年，將戶川純、Björk視為重要音樂影響的Aya Gloomy在《Tokyo Hakai》中將electropop、ambient-pop、minimal wave、futuristic R&B、deconstructed club元素共冶一爐，藉以反映出步履蹣跚的時代感，卻又同時散發宛如大友克洋名作《AKIRA》中那樣的「NEO TOKYO」能量，混亂而無堅不摧。
