身為The Vanguard Project二分之一的liquid funk/soulful drum & bass體系指標BCee於2005年成立的Spearhead Records，是S.P.Y、Alix Perez、Lenzman等大將早年發聲的重要基地，他的兩張專輯《Northpoint》與《Shouting About Nothing》相信也早已是drum & bass樂迷收藏的對象。這張2024新作正如專輯名稱《These Are The Days》所示，體現了他對於drum & bass早期根源的懷舊之情，此外最重要的是聽到他運用更多人聲演繹來探索更多的可能性，也藉以傳遞更深層的情感。但即便每首曲目都與不同歌手合作，整體氣氛卻是那樣地具整體性。
