跳脫前兩張專輯的hip house、acid house路線，英國電子音樂製作人 Tim Simenon化身Bomb the Bass發表的這張第三張專輯《Clear》，標誌著在1994年時他一腳跨進big beat與trip hop的折衝地帶並外掛dub、reggae影響，成為當年名盤。最大亮點除了展現出強烈的社會意識的閉幕曲〈Empire〉邀得愛爾蘭歌手Sinead O'Connor 跨刀之外，更不要忘了美國歌手Justin Warfield演唱的英國金榜24名單曲〈Bug Powder Dust〉根本就可視為Primal scream日後作品〈Kowaski〉的前身。
