擅用圖形化編程語言Max/MSP的加州前衛電腦音樂先驅 Carl Stone在新專輯裡將取樣音源轉化為萬花筒般的奇異幻想，有時坑坑疤疤、有時瘋瘋癲癲像小故障的惡作劇，建構一個讓人聽得興味盎然、完全不按牌理出牌的sampledelica大觀園。名稱上像是致敬他的1983年首張專輯《Woo Lae Oak》，但音樂聽感較像是前作《Stolrn Car》的延續，基本上electro-acoustic、minimalism、world music、hip-hop、modern classial、psychedelia...等無數標籤都可以跟這張作品產生連結。
