Description

◎ UNCUT雜誌9/10分、Allmusic四顆半星高評價

是次轉戰德國古典音樂名廠Deutsche Grammophon發表新作，曾在Warp旗下發表專輯的英國電子音樂名將Clark的確用上不少有着 Scott Walker 影響的弦樂編曲，並於柏林和布達佩斯兩地搭配弦樂團錄製，再加上70 年代色彩濃郁的實驗電子/合成器音色、具象音樂(musique concrète)般的聲音設計。最終透過這樣結合ambient與現代古典的音樂鋪陳，去講述地球上最後一個人類的故事，藉以反思人了對於自然生態的破壞，其中單曲《Small》則由年僅12歲的Nathaniel Timoney 獻唱。
