最初先以Fred V & Grafix雙人組姿態出道，再到2019年起單飛出輯，過去十多年來英國drum & bass製作人Fred V始終是名廠Hospital Records陣營裡舉足輕重的一份子。

《Luminous》是他睽違三年的最新大碟，客席陣容洋洋灑灑一字排開包括Hybrid Minds、Laura Brehm、DNMO、Lottie Jones、Jodie Knight⋯⋯等，雖說明顯是呼應著Sub Focus、Sigma的普羅化方針，的確夠流行卻不俗膩，而且富多元層次感與動能供輸，更重要的是反覆聆聽後漸漸感受到呼應了專輯名稱、讓人歡愉的閃耀光芒，也讓人情不自禁跟著流暢drum & bass節拍跳動而獲得鼓舞。
