Description

Prince Paul與Dan The Automator（Gorillaz、Deltron 3030、Dr. Octagon）這兩位hip hop鬼合組超級團體Handsome Boy Modelling School，在1999年帶來石破天驚首張專輯《So How's Your Girl?》後，時隔5年再於2004年發表這張後繼專輯《White People》 ，繼續展現他們打穩hip hop地基後建構五花八門音樂大樓的強大企圖心，所以除了有Linkin Park、Pharrell Williams、Jack Johnson、Cat Power、The Mars Volta、John Oates、 Julee Cruise、RZA、De La Soul、El-P⋯⋯更樂迷耳熟能詳的各界音樂大咖跨刀，還網羅了喜劇演員Tim Meadows和Don Novello創造的虛擬角色Father Guido Sarducci加入，再度充分展現其折衷音樂品味以及恰如其份的唱盤演奏主義（turntablism)，在當時知名音樂網站musicOMH 曾盛讚此作是「自 Outkast 的《Speakerboxxx/The Love Below》以來最具革新性原創性與聽覺樂趣的嘻哈專輯。」
