無可否認，Hood在這張專輯裡邀來cLOUDDEAD兩位成員Doseone和Why?跨刀獻聲的確讓我更為鍾愛（畢竟cLOUDDEAD同年年初發表的同名大碟曾是自己私心2001最愛專輯第一名），但最讓我趨之若鶩的是，Hood是次嘗試在他們原本那彷彿與世隔絕的疏離感post-rock、slowcore格局中植入細微的glitch電子聲響與hip hop節拍，竟能不張揚地與cLOUDDEAD那令我沈迷的avant hip hop手法共冶一爐而來，成就了驚人卻不失Hood作品原本韻味的優異蛻變。
