Innerzone Orchestra其實就是Carl Craig這位「second wave of Detroit techno」核心份子延伸其「爵士樂未來形式club sound」音樂理念的一個野心計畫，而這張《Programmed》正是一張令人為之折服的精緻藝術品，一張90年代jazz electronica/techno jazz經典名盤。

《Programmed》體現爵士摩登化概念，但卻摒除了音樂型態的基礎原型，而以一種抽象化且極度折衷的電聲結構予以構築，甚至連abstract hip-hop、free-jazz、soul Ballad、afrobeat、space-funk等元素都可以加以融合，讓人驚嘆Carl Craig對各式音樂類型的卓越駕馭能力。
