Description

島國未來主義 Island Futurism是台灣第一個以源自70年代非洲Afrobeat為主要靈感的大樂團，由前無政府、盪在空中以及台買加環繞音效bass手愛吹倫 a.k.a. DJ @llenblow號召之下所組成，一大宗旨便是向Afrobeat之父Fela Kuti致敬。在音樂上結合了Funk、迷幻、Jazz等元素，強調的是律動與即興，亦同時在探索世界各地的島國原住民傳統音樂，並試圖溶入作品之中；在意識形態與美學上則承襲了「非洲未來主義」，再將其轉換為「南島語系」的版本，藉著導入台灣的原住民神話與外星人傳說等等，試圖打造出屬於台灣特有的Formobeat，更要對於島國的未來提出一個美好願景。
