2016年那張被譽為塑造了Intelligent Dubstep聲響的《Hollowed》，才讓我真正愛上Ital Tek這張英國製作人，同時《Hollowed》也正好成為他創作風格明顯蛻變的分水嶺。

《Outland》是在他第一個孩子出生、同時搬離城市到一個僻靜的地方後所完成，是那樣完整流暢且充滿凝聚力。專輯中一方面延續著《Bodied》完全著重氛圍化營造與電聲層次構築的手法，透過優美的Synth剪影與旋律線條，讓聽者彷彿進入一個下潛到情緒海洋最深處的想像空間裡，抑或著經歷著一段超現實的時空之旅；另一方面，Ital Tek又能巧妙地在適當的時間點上重拾當年對於Dubstep/Juke風格的節奏與低音掌握，彷彿透過〈Deadend〉這類作品反思著人類的種種破壞行為。
