成功為90年代初indie dance名團Jesus Jones開創全盛時期的名作之一，這張第三張專輯《Perverse》則是靈魂人物Mike Edwards採用「全電腦創作」的產物，也讓該團更大步從indie-dance踏進techno-rock範疇。而這樣在當時相對前瞻性的手法，有樂評將之視為預示後來 pro tools 世代搖滾製作的關鍵里程碑。
