〈Move Your Feet〉這首踏雀躍disco-funk節拍而來的大熱單曲（也曾收錄在電影《小姐好白》裡）讓Junior Senior這個丹麥雙人樂團一鳴驚人不陌生，而收錄此曲的這張首張大碟在2003年問世。整張專輯從頭到尾就是開開心心、旋律可以朗朗上口的dance-rock風格，dance的部分則是有著源自昔日年代psychedelic-rock、garage rock、disco、funk乃至new wave薰陶的美好復古groove。
