《Meteora》是Linkin Park再度與製作大將Don Gilmore（Pearl Jam、Rob Zombie）共同操刀完成、以一座希臘城市之名命名的第二張專輯。首支單曲〈Somewhere I Belong〉在幽悒吉他撥弦前導下有如〈In The End〉般撥動心弦，〈Don't Say〉、〈Lying From You〉與〈Hir The Floor〉祭出當時的典型Linkin Park必殺Nu-Metal方程式，佈滿神秘東洋色彩的〈Nobody's Listening〉加強了hip hop-oriented肌理的構築，而由Beck父親David Campbell譜寫弦樂、動用十人弦樂團伴奏的〈Breaking Habit〉則是首流暢搖滾樂章。

自己最愛的當然是至今仍愛在DJ set中播放的〈Faint〉——弦樂剪影與breakbeat loop貫穿下爆發出強悍的Techno-Rock動能。
