Longpigs大概是post-Britpop時期最該大紅、但卻時運不濟的樂團，不僅一場嚴重的巡迴演初車禍導致主唱 Crispin Hunt 傷重昏迷了三天，原本計畫為他們發行這張首張專輯的唱片公司 Elektra 也在英國解散（後來由U2的Mother廠牌買下版權推出）。但這張當時打著「anti-Grunge」旗幟、主唱嗓音跟旋律都很有特色的首張專輯《The Sun Is Often Out》，卻於2020年獲美國Spin雜誌「平反」，在「史上最佳Britpop專輯」名單中高居第13名！
