憑著2010年大熱單曲〈What They Say〉火速崛起，獲譽為「UK's Queen of House」的同時更獲指標網站RA選為2012最佳DJ前10名內唯一女DJ，無疑Maya Jane Coles絕對是2010年代裡舉足輕重的DJ/製作人之一。雖然過去專輯曾展現她對於downtempo、electro-pop等多元音樂風貌的出色掌握能力，但這張新專輯見到她重拾club-oriented基本步，以deep house/techno為主軸間或揉合dubstep、breakbeat元素，同時還在Claudia Kane等歌手跨刀下植入song-oriented肌理。
