Jan St. Werner（Mouse on Mars）與Markus Popp（Oval）雙強聯手組成的德國組合Microstoria，於1995年帶來已成經典的首張專輯《init ding》，為90年代的post-rock發展脈絡，強化了將ambient式電子聲響與Krautrock肌理予以貫通的獨特文本（日本音樂媒體特別賦予「音響系」這個類型定義）。從而在精美低調的氛圍中，體現了90 年代德國underground、無政府主義的實驗性能量。
