泰國曼谷音樂創作人兼平面設計師 Oat Nipat 的個人音樂計畫，同時他也是樂團 Wave And So 的主唱兼吉他手。在樂團於 2020 年發布第一張融合後龐客與衝浪搖滾曲風的全長專輯廣受好評後，Oat Nipat 便積極展開 nipat newwave 的個人 solo project，專注於創作柔軟流暢的 indie pop 曲目。
