坦白說我是因為太喜歡韓裔電子製作人Yaeji那張2023年專輯《With A Hammer》，才愛屋及烏地透過裡面那首〈Happy〉，對於跨刀合作的Nourished by Time這位巴爾的摩唱作人留下深刻印象。

現在他透過在 XL Recordings發表的第二張大碟《The Passionate Ones》，推出至今已經贏得全面高評價，肯定已經在各大2025年度專輯名單卡好一個高排名位置。

以低迴感傷的alternative R&B、neo-soul為主體，佐以些許sophisti-pop、psychedelia-pop、synth-pop色調憑添復古韻味，唱著在情感匱乏的當代生活裡選擇依舊浪漫與抱持希望，成就的是以「勞動、愛、時間」作為三角命題的年度代表作。

私心最驚喜的是，〈925〉一曲還能呼應他的出身地去嵌入了Baltimore club律動。

至於當時Nourished by Time吸引我的那把帶點老靈魂光澤的醇厚溫婉嗓音，在這張作品裡則有更迷人的整體表現，可以在半說半唱的呢喃到情緒張力十足的段落間收放自如。
