這張原聲帶於1993年推出時所帶來的最大焦點，無疑是促成了兩派Thrash Metal/Alternative Rock與Hip-Hop/Gangsta Rap人馬的跨界合作；甚至也可以認定，《Judgement Night》清楚地為90年代末風起雲湧的Thrash-Hop/Rap-Metal樂風樹立了典範。

最出色的作品，相信是由Biohazard與Onyx共同帶來的標題曲〈Judgement Night〉，樂曲中成功地將重型Funk/Hip-Hop節拍、剽悍的Thrash吉他刷弦以及Onyx猛爆的Rappin’共冶一爐，可說是再典型不過的Thrash-Hop/Rapcore架構；而由Helmet與House Of Pain合作的〈Just Another Victim〉、Teenage Fanclub與De La Soul炮製的〈Fallin’〉、Faith No More與Boo-Yaa T.R.I.B.E.在一份詭譎低調氛圍中誕生的〈Another Body Murdered〉，也都曾做單曲發行。

此外，Cypress Hill 分別連同超級Grunge樂團Pearl Jam以及美國另類樂團大哥大Sonic Youth所演繹的〈Real Thing〉與〈I Love You Mary Jane〉，也都為這張原聲帶來一定的話題性。
