或許不少人也是透過Boys Noize《Mayday》專輯中的〈Starchild〉，才得以認識了受邀為這首作品跨刀、也曾獲Bon Iver主唱Justin Vernon公開讚譽的美國Electronic-Pop樂團POLIÇA。

這張新專輯《When We Stay Alive》呈現了帶有某種90年代Bristol Sound韻味的Indietronica風貌，時而夢幻迷濛、時而低迴靜謐，更重要的是唱出了女主唱Channy Leaneagh從嚴重意外事故（從十英尺高的屋頂跌落）中康復的心路歷程，探索著如何透過人生最糟時刻的磨練去重塑更好的自我。是以專輯上半場彷彿瀰漫著揮之不去的幽閉與不安，到下半場逐漸豁然開朗，也讓人更為〈Steady〉中的脆弱而動容。
