商品描述

眾所皆知，身攬諸如「Techno界莫札特」、「90年代Brian Eno」、「One-Man Kraftwerk」等封號的電子鬼才Aphex Twin曾以不同的化名發表作品，Polygon Window是其中之一，也是當年Warp廠牌發動的「Artificial Intelligence系列」中的重要名字。在這張《Surfin’ On Sine Wave》中，很明顯地detroit techno、70’s electro-pop 是重要元素，並結合了如同《Selected Ambient Works 82-92》的ambient手法，造就出一張注重聆聽情緒鋪陳、並且是Aphex Twins作品中少數「可跳舞」的專輯。最經典的，當然是加入打鐵聲響的凌厲Hard Techno曲〈Quoth〉以及冷冽的Electro-Pop作品〈Polygon Window〉。
