剛簽入Fabric子廠Houndstooth旗下，年初時又被NME選為「2021百大新秀」（The NME 100: Essential emerging artists for 2021）之一，2019年正式出道、猶如Giant Swan/Factory Floor/Holy Fuck混合體的Bristol四人audio-visual樂團SCALPING，正要透過這張最新四曲EP作品《Flood》大展拳腳，而率先釋出的〈Monolithium〉就是首讓人血脈賁張、張力十足的digital-rock/電氣化dance-punk樂章，卻還隱含著深不可測的暗黑EBM與post-punk能量。
