因為在他這張第三張新專輯《Let the Morning Come》製作過程中，被診斷出導致中風的遺傳性基因疾病。但最終他卻將面對死亡所感受到的所有心痛與恐懼，在一首首溫婉動人、時而蘊含70年代騷靈音樂影響的bedroom-pop/indie-pop裡作品裡，轉化為對於時間流逝的正面體悟，積極而樂觀。

附帶一提，專輯中最groovy討喜的作品之一〈Before The Morning Comes〉，還被收錄在《FIFA 22》電玩原聲帶中。
