Skrillex在2023年初時一口氣同時數位上架了兩張完全擺脫brostep/complextro路線的全新專輯。相較於《Don't Get Too Close》以大量人聲主導、延續著Jack Ü那樣的「song-oriented」（歌曲導向）分針，《Quest For Fire》就是一張大玩各類bass music的club-oriented作品，專輯中也就相對少見客席歌手的參與。於是乎，邀來傳奇饒舌女將Missy Elliott獻聲的〈Ratata〉變成為普羅樂迷關注的焦點之一，但更有趣的是〈Ratata〉的跨刀名單中得見Mr. Oizo的身影，實情是大家聽到〈Ratata〉從頭到尾蟄伏著相當洗腦的acidic聲線loop，乃取樣自收錄於Mr. Oizo專輯《Lambs Anger》的單曲〈Positif〉。
