作為在90年代初期與My Bloody Valentine並駕齊驅的shoegaze（瞪鞋）名團，Slowdive的1993年第二張專輯《Souvlaki》不但公認為shoegazer體系經典作，更獲譽為釐定dream-pop樂派的重要指標。這次「只」讓人等了六年、久別復合後推出的第二張全新專輯，成軍三十多年後的他們再次展現專屬於Slowdive的美學新高度，淡定地、細膩且充滿層次感地揉合電子ambient-pop氛圍去重拾昔日《Pygmalion〉的內斂溫婉，從而向兩位樂團成員剛離世的父母親表達懷念。
