很多流行樂迷首度接觸到The Blessed Madonna這個名字，可能源自她獲Dua Lipa欽點擔負A & R重任、帶來近年來最重要的流行混音專輯之一《Club Future Nostalgia》。

而事實上，The Blessed Madonna早已是美國指標女性DJ/製作人，直到去年底才推出這張高評價首張專輯《Godspeed》。

這張邀來Kylie Minogue、Jacob Lusk、James Vincent McMorrow 等人跨刀的dance-pop專輯之所以重要，一方面以Garage House風格為貫穿主軸，展現The Blessed Madonna對90年代以降之地下舞曲文化的致敬，復古與前衛兼具，另一方面同時也是她個人情感旅程的展現——好比〈Somebody’s Daughter〉中便融合了已故父親的語音訊息。

大愛大推〈Strength (R U Ready)〉，因為私心覺得蟄伏了跡近DJ Plead般的hard drum、UK bass動態。
