Bill Drummond和James Cauty是英國樂壇裡的傳奇性Cult Figure，除了The KLF外，兩人的代號可謂多不勝數（如The JAMS，Timelords，Disco 2000以至後來的The K Foundation）。然而The KLF的第二張專輯《The White Room》卻為這兩位Anti-Pop巨星換來了無與倫比的商業成就，成為該年的暢銷唱片。碟內包括了他們糅合著House、 Techno、 Rap與Stadium Rock式浩瀚氣勢而來的經典Stadium House三部曲：〈What Time Is Love〉，〈3am Eternal〉和〈Last Train To Trancentral〉，以及日後交由鄉謠女歌手Tammy Wynette重新主唱而成為大熱之作的〈Justified And Ancient〉。此外還有猶如部落求雨音樂氣氛的〈Make It Rain〉。
