1989 年由經典組合4hero在倫敦廠牌Reinforced Records，肯定是90年代裡從 breakbeat hardcore 走向 jungle / drum & bass進程中最具開創性的廠牌之一。這張在1999發表的合輯，則是把廠牌釐定為更前衛與實驗的《Enforcers》黑膠單曲系列延伸至實體CD發行，充分體現Reinforced 在90年代裡的先鋒地位何以能與Metalheadz分庭抗禮，同時見證了darkside、atmospheric drum & bass一路到drumfunk的演化。
